Sarah Justason at Re/Max East Coast Elite Realty did such an amazing job selling our house two years ago that she was the only person that we considered to sell this house. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!
