We bought and sold our home with Sarah. She is a delight to work with as she will not sugarcoat anything and is not afraid to tell you how it is. Her knowledge of the real-estate market is unmatched. This was evident when we wanted to list immediately, but with her knowledge and guidance we delayed until she gave us the green light that the market was about to hit its peak. Sarah was described to me by a friend, whose home was listed and sold by Sarah, that she demonstrates the necessary aggressiveness that is needed in today’s housing market. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!

My wife and I had wanted to move into a condo recently but found three bedrooms were hard to come by. We met with Sarah and told her what we were looking for.
