If you want one of the best realtors to help you buy or sell your home, well search no further. We travelled to NB with a limited time to purchase a home. Ideal realtor to work with. I have worked with this realtor both as a first time home buyer, and a first time home seller. Extremely knowledgeable, knows how to communicate clearly, an dis patient never rushing explanations or enquiry for additional information. We bought and sold our home with Sarah. She is a delight to work with as she will not sugarcoat anything and is not afraid to tell you how it is. Her knowledge of the real-estate market is unmatched. I contacted Sarah Justason in late fall 2023 for advice concerning the sale of my home. She was a great help, knowledgeable and it was obvious that she works very hard. She came to my home even after she had been travelling and had had a very busy weekend. The information she provided was current, relevant and helpful. Sarah was described to me by a friend, whose home was listed and sold by Sarah, that she demonstrates the necessary aggressiveness that is needed in today’s housing market. She also had great respect for Sarah’s opinion on the market value of her home and others. My friend’s home sold for exactly what Sarah predicted. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!

Sarah stepped in and was phenomenal.She understands HHTs and has the most streamlined approach to buying that I’ve ever experienced. (8 postings in 22yrs) Professional, personable, courteous, and most importantly aware of the pressures of a military move and the need to be responsive at any time. BZ to her team as well; they do a lot of work in the background to keep ahead of the paperwork and set up lawyers, inspectors etc. I’m so glad in hindsight that I didn’t get stuck with the other guy.
