We have dealt with Sarah Justason over the past 4 years, sent numerous cottage listings and has taken us through the New Brunswick province. When we found our dream cottage it was on a moments notice. Leaving a message for Sarah, we left to visit the property and take a look around, knowing that she had many appointments that evening. We were just about finished and saw a vehicle come down the driveway thinking it was another realtor for a showing. We were wrong, it was Sarah and Jeanette, not only did she drive all the way but, cancelled all her appointments that evening just for us. Her dedication to making the customer number one is her number one asset. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!

Sarah was recommended by my Halifax realtor after I found I couldn’t count on a retired CAF realtor I’d engaged in Oromocto for my military move. Sarah stepped in and was phenomenal.She understands HHTs and has the most streamlined approach to buying that I’ve ever experienced. (8 postings in 22yrs) Professional, personable, courteous, and most importantly aware of the pressures of a military move and the need to be responsive at any time. BZ to her team as well; they do a lot of work in the background to keep ahead of the paperwork and set up lawyers, inspectors etc. I’m so glad in hindsight that I didn’t get stuck with the other guy.

My wife and I had wanted to move into a condo recently but found three bedrooms were hard to come by. We met with Sarah and told her what we were looking for. By late October the right place became available but our offer had to be accepted on very short notice. Sarah ensured that all requirements were taken care of in an impressive manner. Not only did she satisfy our need of a suitable condo but found a buyer for our home with a move in date only a week after our own move! During this time my wife suffered a heart attack, complicating things somewhat. Sarah, and Jeanette made every effort to ease us through every aspect of our move, keeping us informed at every step. Things couldn't have gone smoother.It is now Boxing Day and we are comfortably settled in our new home. Back in October all this looked very daunting. Sarah was amazing in finding us a house and our daughter a condo. We both had a very tight budget and weren't exactly sure if we wanted two separate places or to live together in a two unit home. Sarah found us a house and my daughter a condo within a couple kms from each other. In an extreme sellers market we were thankful to have an experienced realtor like Sarah.
