If you want one of the best realtors to help you buy or sell your home, well search no further. We travelled to NB with a limited time to purchase a home. Ideal realtor to work with. I have worked with this realtor both as a first time home buyer, and a first time home seller. Extremely knowledgeable, knows how to communicate clearly, an dis patient never rushing explanations or enquiry for additional information. Very organized and efficient with taking care of both the big and little things throughout the process making sure everything goes smoothly. Also, perhaps my favourite quality of this realtor is just how very straight-talking, down to earth and honest she is, which was essential for helping me make important decisions and making sure I paid attention to important considerations. We bought and sold our home with Sarah. She is a delight to work with as she will not sugarcoat anything and is not afraid to tell you how it is. Her knowledge of the real-estate market is unmatched. This was evident when we wanted to list immediately, but with her knowledge and guidance we delayed until she gave us the green light that the market was about to hit its peak. I contacted Sarah Justason in late fall 2023 for advice concerning the sale of my home. She was a great help, knowledgeable and it was obvious that she works very hard. She came to my home even after she had been travelling and had had a very busy weekend. The information she provided was current, relevant and helpful. Sarah was described to me by a friend, whose home was listed and sold by Sarah, that she demonstrates the necessary aggressiveness that is needed in today’s housing market. She also had great respect for Sarah’s opinion on the market value of her home and others. My friend’s home sold for exactly what Sarah predicted. Knowing all this, gave me reason to contact her to discuss my options. Sarah Justason at Re/Max East Coast Elite Realty did such an amazing job selling our house two years ago that she was the only person that we considered to sell this house. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!

Sarah was recommended by my Halifax realtor after I found I couldn’t count on a retired CAF realtor I’d engaged in Oromocto for my military move. Sarah stepped in and was phenomenal.She understands HHTs and has the most streamlined approach to buying that I’ve ever experienced. (8 postings in 22yrs) Professional, personable, courteous, and most importantly aware of the pressures of a military move and the need to be responsive at any time. BZ to her team as well; they do a lot of work in the background to keep ahead of the paperwork and set up lawyers, inspectors etc. I’m so glad in hindsight that I didn’t get stuck with the other guy.
