Sarah was recommended by my Halifax realtor after I found I couldn’t count on a retired CAF realtor I’d engaged in Oromocto for my military move. Sarah stepped in and was phenomenal.She understands HHTs and has the most streamlined approach to buying that I’ve ever experienced. (8 postings in 22yrs) Professional, personable, courteous, and most importantly aware of the pressures of a military move and the need to be responsive at any time. BZ to her team as well; they do a lot of work in the background to keep ahead of the paperwork and set up lawyers, inspectors etc. I’m so glad in hindsight that I didn’t get stuck with the other guy.

Sarah was a consummate professional! I’m a realtor in Ontario, and knew that buying in the Fredericton area I’d need a real pro. Sarah was my first thought, and she and her team helped us through buying a perfect income property! Not only that, we ended up selling it shortly thereafter and she was able to successfully guided us through that process as well. Doing a transaction from out of town can be stressful, but she took care of everything and connected me to local professionals when I needed them, and even some neighbours near our new place! My wife and I had wanted to move into a condo recently but found three bedrooms were hard to come by. We met with Sarah and told her what we were looking for. By late October the right place became available but our offer had to be accepted on very short notice. Sarah ensured that all requirements were taken care of in an impressive manner. Not only did she satisfy our need of a suitable condo but found a buyer for our home with a move in date only a week after our own move! During this time my wife suffered a heart attack, complicating things somewhat. Sarah, and Jeanette made every effort to ease us through every aspect of our move, keeping us informed at every step. Things couldn't have gone smoother.It is now Boxing Day and we are comfortably settled in our new home. Back in October all this looked very daunting. Sarah was amazing in finding us a house and our daughter a condo. We both had a very tight budget and weren't exactly sure if we wanted two separate places or to live together in a two unit home. Sarah found us a house and my daughter a condo within a couple kms from each other. In an extreme sellers market we were thankful to have an experienced realtor like Sarah. Sarah and her team were extemely professional throughout our buying experience. Purchasing a new home is always stressful and in 2020 with COVID is would have been even more challenging, however Sarah and her team were well prepared for new PHM and easily adapted to and informed us of the new measures.
