We have dealt with Sarah Justason over the past 4 years, sent numerous cottage listings and has taken us through the New Brunswick province. When we found our dream cottage it was on a moments notice. Leaving a message for Sarah, we left to visit the property and take a look around, knowing that she had many appointments that evening. We were just about finished and saw a vehicle come down the driveway thinking it was another realtor for a showing. We were wrong, it was Sarah and Jeanette, not only did she drive all the way but, cancelled all her appointments that evening just for us. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!

Sarah stepped in and was phenomenal.She understands HHTs and has the most streamlined approach to buying that I’ve ever experienced. (8 postings in 22yrs) Professional, personable, courteous, and most importantly aware of the pressures of a military move and the need to be responsive at any time. BZ to her team as well; they do a lot of work in the background to keep ahead of the paperwork and set up lawyers, inspectors etc. I’m so glad in hindsight that I didn’t get stuck with the other guy.

My wife and I had wanted to move into a condo recently but found three bedrooms were hard to come by. We met with Sarah and told her what we were looking for.
