Outside of Sarah’s exceptional realtor abilities, she is super active and extremely generous in the community with supporting many local teams and individuals, as she did when she supported my son this year with partial sponsorship for his hockey season. I contacted Sarah Justason in late fall 2023 for advice concerning the sale of my home. She was a great help, knowledgeable and it was obvious that she works very hard. She came to my home even after she had been travelling and had had a very busy weekend. The information she provided was current, relevant and helpful. Sarah was described to me by a friend, whose home was listed and sold by Sarah, that she demonstrates the necessary aggressiveness that is needed in today’s housing market. She also had great respect for Sarah’s opinion on the market value of her home and others. My friend’s home sold for exactly what Sarah predicted. Knowing all this, gave me reason to contact her to discuss my options. When we found our dream cottage it was on a moments notice. Leaving a message for Sarah, we left to visit the property and take a look around, knowing that she had many appointments that evening. We were just about finished and saw a vehicle come down the driveway thinking it was another realtor for a showing. Sarah consulted with us to develop a plan for selling it quickly while maximizing our profit. Even though the preparation and sale of this house was conducted from a completely different province, Sarah worked with us to make the process easy and stress free. Our house was on the market for less than 24 hours and had an astounding number of viewings (I lost count at 20) which culminated in 6 offers.I can't recommend Sarah and her team highly enough!!! Sarah is easily the best realtor we have ever had the privilege of working with. If you are in the market for a realtor, do yourself a favour and give her a call. Even though her advice requires a lot of work (decluttering, cleaning, and painting), the results speak for themself!!!!

Sarah stepped in and was phenomenal.She understands HHTs and has the most streamlined approach to buying that I’ve ever experienced. (8 postings in 22yrs) Professional, personable, courteous, and most importantly aware of the pressures of a military move and the need to be responsive at any time. BZ to her team as well; they do a lot of work in the background to keep ahead of the paperwork and set up lawyers, inspectors etc. I’m so glad in hindsight that I didn’t get stuck with the other guy.

My wife and I had wanted to move into a condo recently but found three bedrooms were hard to come by. We met with Sarah and told her what we were looking for. By late October the right place became available but our offer had to be accepted on very short notice. Sarah ensured that all requirements were taken care of in an impressive manner. Not only did she satisfy our need of a suitable condo but found a buyer for our home with a move in date only a week after our own move! During this time my wife suffered a heart attack, complicating things somewhat. Sarah, and Jeanette made every effort to ease us through every aspect of our move, keeping us informed at every step.
